Login problem tsp site today 8/13?

anybody having trouble logging in to the tsp site today 8/13? I keep getting a temp down msg....uhm!

Yes, seems down. I just tried and got a blank screen after entering the verification code.

It took a minute or two but the page finally loaded, but it seems sluggish.

This happened again today just like last week. This week I tried to get in around 9:00 am but the login screen was unavailable. I waited about an hour, and I got in.
