So, what's everyone's thoughts/expectations for january 2010?

I would use caution after Christmas.

That is the way I have been thinking. I got concerned yesterday, and put everything in the "G" fund for a while.

Now my concern is in deciding when to jump back in. The market is down a bit today ... I am not sure whether to jump back in tomorrow, 12/31 (I have one trade left for December) or wait and use one of my january trades to get back in later ???

Your comments/thoughts would be appreciated...

Go Wildcats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Patience is the key to trading. Just because a trade is available is not a reason to use it. Market forcast, as interpreted by TA, suggests that a little more weakness is ahead.

Uptrend ...

What are your thoughts? And this market forecast you are speaking of ... where do you find it?

I do agree with you and am a bit concerned, I just remember last March ... and if a person was a week too late getting in, he missed a good % jump.

I also missed the boat last summer in that I rode the stock market all the way down ... then sold ... then missed a huge run-up the next week!

I just don't want to miss these opportunities...

Any advise/insight you can grant a fellow would be appreciated.

Thanks,

hey if it's a kentucky reuinion, i spent some time in leitchfield. fixing a little sawmill there after a tornado came through and twisted things up, maybe nine or ten years ago now.

dry county if i remember right, had to head north across the line to a little roadhouse after work. tough crowd there, 'you boys aint from round here are ya?' and 'must be nice come in here buy up the whole town', i swear you could almost hear the banjo music.

cute little gal worked at the sandwhich shop though, from caney woods or something like that.

ah, good times.

Leitchfield is a little different. I can say that my family orginates from there....and they are a whole lot different.
