Not great- but better than expected.

Unemployment rate ticks upwards to 7.9%.

Just fair news.....IMHO. This is a poor indicator that 50% of those 175K are only seasonal. Needs to get higher and soon.

The new jobs number is nearly identical to the new unemployment filer number. That's pretty much a wash as we're basically going nowhere fast. That's why the unemployment rate is going back up.

Sorry, good call, the job report from Dept of Labor lumped all retail hiring from 3 months = 82,000.
