Jobs are Back, but the Pay Stinks

South Korea also does not have a 70% illegitimacy rate in their population ruining their schools.

Many middle eastern countries are trying to utilize the U.S. for studies in business and entreprenuership

Also, in the U.S. there seems to be no apprenticeship practiced much anymore and even if there are a few, our schools are not training to even that level.

So, be prepared to hear about the great divide grow deeper and wider in our society now. It is inevitable.

Frixxxx, my friend, it has long been is place and is getting worse.

We had a birthday dinner for our international from S.Korea a few days prior and she brought 'U - Kee' with her. No idea how to spell her name but that's how it's pronounced.

Anyway her father was a professor at Vanderbelt --- a very good school for like 8 years and she was a 'student' here during those years.

When she went back to S. Korea - she cried for a whole year - because their schools are way harder .... they require far more hard effort and it's like day and night. NOTHING like our schools.

Their education is far superior --- HOWEVER -- they come to our Universities and Colleges and get the best of the best....

If you want the most accurate assessment of all Nations (in terms of economic strength) and grounding for future growth (investments) DON'T use any US Firm (which will be bias - distorted) - use CHINA.

We still have great Universities and Colleges -- but the grounding needed to get the most out of them -- is coming from Nations that demand the highest quality and a culture geared towards discipline/devotion.

Ahhhh the ever changing world in which we live...;):)

Yes, the lack of a comprehensible apprenticeship/Journeyman/master program (yes, I meant understandable) cheapens the Trades. If you want to know how bad it is you can watch "Holmes on Homes" and his new series (forget the name) of the horrors of "professional" home renovations gone totally wrong.

Also, in the U.S. there seems to be no apprenticeship practiced much anymore and even if there are a few, our schools are not training to even that level.

This turned into another educational system money stream. The apprenticeship programs that are available are tapping these kids at University rates.
Electricians used to start as HS Diploma or GED then once they learned the trade, if they had the aptitude, a smart employer pushed him and financed him to a engineering degree.
I can recommend several books that will have you wiring an entire home after a few days of reading. Guaranteed to pass the county inspection.:D

I've been saying this for years! You either are in services, wish you had a job in services, or you utilize services.......

We have failed as a country to maintain the required level of education and training and now citizens expect they will be "given" those cushy office jobs.....

Education concerns:
Many middle eastern countries are trying to utilize the U.S. for studies in business and entreprenuership because of the inundation of Islam religion teaching in the lower levels of school and less focus on being a critical thinker.

Also, in the U.S. there seems to be no apprenticeship practiced much anymore and even if there are a few, our schools are not training to even that level.

So, be prepared to hear about the great divide grow deeper and wider in our society now. It is inevitable.
