Thanks nnuut. It's been an interesting week. So recently after I've joined the autotracker and tried to figure out what's going on with the TSP world I decided to do an IFT and got all my money moved into G funds for now. 2011 I lost a lot of money so before I start moving my money around I want to keep it in a safe place. I thought about putting it into the F funds but I'm not too sure about that. Once I better figure out how things work I'll move them between the C, S, and I funds.

Jean, read up on the I-fund and the FV so that you understand just how volatile it is... Until you do, I might recommend you stick to the large caps (C fund) or the small caps (S Fund).

I didn't necessarily mean I would invest in them, just wanted to say that I'll be looking into them later. But I didn't know know about the FV, thanks for pointing that out for me, I'll make sure to check it out. I think I'll be looking more into the C or F funds since I can't contribute to my TSP anymore all I can do is move the funds around.

All my funds are currently in the G, since everything seems to be dropping, is it too soon to move funds around?

Probably so, hang around and see. At this point, wait for a definative bottom and move up, confirmed before you make any decisions. This is probably a short term dip.
