I received my letter yesterday that I have been flagged as an habitual offender due to my TSP trading. Never thought that trying to make the best of my TSP fund would make be red flagged and feel like a criminal.

I'm keeping an eye on my mailbox,,,,,nothing yet.
The Tracker will have to extend their inactivity threshold.
Being flagged by the Gov't,,,,,we've seen it before. I believe
they called it Prohibition back in the 30's. History always seems
to repeat itself,,,, IFT limitations ,,,, Pooh !

I got my letter in the mail yesterday. It says that I have been identified as a "frequent trader" in the TSP ... I think I prefer to call myself a flagged offender, too.

HMMMMM. !!!!! Makes me want to increase my trading just to be flagged as
another offender. I feel sort of left out at the moment. I would also like to receive the warning letter to establish myself as another harmed TSP member. I may need the proof for the forthcoming litigation against the TSP board.

Always got to think ahead!

Yes I told the bank that once, they recommended I needed a broker I told them I could lose my money as good as he could that was the end of that conversation.

Guess I haven't made any comments here so I thought I'd post something. I was in C & S 25-25 and G for the balance but today I am going back into G. Still too nervous to hang any money on the line for any extended time I guess

Glad to have you post jawmbi. Hope you post some good gains. I used the 50% stocks, 50 G for most of this year with limited losses, always lookng for the short term allocation change to make a buck. G is probably a ggod place to hold up until Sept...then we'll see..got to beleive there's money to be made up to the election anyway..plus oil seems to be trending down..who knows maybe it will bust under a 100 a barrel before November..
