Bump for the chart, it probably hasn't changed much since '06 and could be useful to some traders this year.

Speaking of January, I think 2009 laid waste to the phrase, "As January goes, so goes the year." Probably some CNBC announcer invented that quote.

Superbowl- AFC vs. NFC matched the January indicator- (Steelers).

Yet we ended up higher at the end of the year. :D

Thank goodness we had a bailout that passed Congress and enabled a successful year for the stock market. (grin).
