Irish Bailout? Portugal? IMF bailout??

[ok my byline is different from Seeking Alpha's but I don't see why the US should be blamed for possibly balking on bailing out developed countries especially with our external debt. We are a bigger economy - note our per capita debt is a lot lower, but that doesn't mean we should take on more. Ignoring the byline, it's a disturbing article none the less.]
