It now looks like a THIRD cable has been cut.

Two off the coast of Egypt, one off the coast of Dubai.

The "official" story is that a ship anchor may have done it.

I kind of doubt that, however. Who ever heard of THREE SHIPS snagging main internet backbone cables within days of each other, each breaking being just off the coast of an Arab country, in waters far enough offshore that someone on shore could not visually see it? And just two days apart from the first to the most recent?

My guess is that there may be more soon.

Hang on to your internet seats....this could get interesting.
