Interfund Transfer 6/02/09 for 6/03/09

After more than a year, I will make a hypothetical interfund transfer in this fictitious less active "buy and hold" type account...

Old: 40% G, 30% C, 15% S, 15% I

New: 60% G, 20% C, 10% S, 10% I

60% cash is about the highest this account will ever see.

This is NOT what I am doing in my own account.

Need some ideas on this. I am 90% in G, 10% in 2020, I would like to transfer all back into 2020, when do you think is a good time? I was hoping for a sell off for a few days, do you think that this will happen anytime soon?
