I agree there eventually will be a rotation into 'value' type stocks. How much of these companies do funds need to own?

A great example of that is Warren Buffet who purchased $813M more of BAC earlier in the week.

He completely sold out of BAC in 2010 and re-established a 10% owner position in 2017. With near zero interest rates almost everywhere he may see this as a play on the housing market which is still going full steam ahead.
