It's difficult to see when it will rebound, given that the fund is weighted toward EU (PIIGS) and Japan (Endless Doldrums). It does not help that their currencies aren't seen as good investments either (weak dollar makes I less expensive).

As soon as everyone owns the S fund - then the I fund will rebound. The fewer players the better.

EFA gives us a 50% retracement from the double top. This chart has taken on a great deal of technical damage in a very short period of time.
