Sound good and I hope I can afford to buy something like that on the lake in Southern, CA. I'm aim for 12%+/yr = jumping in get a few %, then jumping out too.

I try to play my tsp just like all my Vegas trip. The July 4th weekend I was in Vegas within a couple minutes and win enough $$$ to pay for the rental car, then I was out to enjoy the shows with my family. So far I was lucky enough and haven't lost a single $ for all my trips in Vegas.

Well, good luck to you. I would be a "little" more careful with my future retirement, what I mean is, don't play your tsp like "vegas" but keep up with the market news,future earnings news,etc etc the market analysis, THEN make your decisions, but don't just throw the dice, if you will. If your getting 12% though, maybe I should just shut up! hahaha. Thanx for leaving a message and we'll see ya around!
