How Many cars does the Government own?

What about all the cars that are not owned by GSA. There are Gov. Agencies that own their own vehicles.

Seems to me with the Gov.'s gas bill our gas should be cheap. I wonder if the Transportation sec. needs another driver. If the drivers need to be available 24 hr a day with only two drivers wouldn't that create overtime? I thought it was prohibited. Would suck to be on call and not get compensated in one form or the other. Still nice paying job for minimal work.
