i know they have smileys 'this thread is nothing without pics' but couldn't find one that said recipes instead.

c'mon, help a guy out, a good simple tamale recipe with tips on how to prepare for a gabacho please. you know, the kind you get delivered by the dozens wrapped in foil in a recycled grocery bag at a jobsite from an 'independent business person'.

And there are so many ways to make it, I do it on the BBQ in a real Paella pan, 22 incher!:rolleyes:
 
So the growth in the Hispanic population is the leading cause of the growth in the gringo's waste line? Is that what this thread is about? :D
