ok, I feel better. So where do you recommend a DCA B&H person to get a "little" more active and ensure a long-term return goal of 10% a year, each year???

Whoa !!!

For the TSP Funds that's highly unlikely to happen - every year - especially when the Markets Lose more than what they've gained over 10 or 12 years.

You can confidently get that kind of return outside of TSP.

The Chinese Fiancial Analysts are comprised of hundreds of highly advanced Doctors of Finance -- that comb through Every Nation to the highest 'unbiased' possible degree.

They can tell you to the highest detail - what Nations are financially SOLID and how their projected growth is headed. They also show you how and why these countries will undoubtedly remain Strong in the years to come. WHY their BALANCE is Solid and will stay solid. How they rank compared to all the other Nations.

Do your homework and know inside and out --- why 'investing in this Nation' will bring strong - 'guaranteed' 10% returns.

***************************************************

Find Nations that have 'Surplus Money' and identify the specific sectors they are most aggressively buying up. Get a feel for how much they plan to obtain over the years to come. Find the Companies most centrally 'involved' and pour your money into them.

Hope this helps

Obviously we can't ensure a 10% return annually, but averaging 10% is possible. The trick is to be in the market when its going up, and out of it when it's going down.

That's not easy, but most of us here work hard at trying.

Check this out and see what can be done::D

Now, to figure out what IFT's to make... ;-P

Very True; but I have to set a goal to work towards...
