Hello World

:( Nobody has asked me about my User name. FAB1

FAB1 was the name given to the special Rolls Royce owned by Lady Penelope
in Gerry Anderson's "Thunderbirds". FAB1 was a versatile vehicle on land or sea and also packed heavy firepower and an array of other secret agent-type hi-tech gadgetry.

Or maybe ya already knew it.

A classic:

The 72Zorad....it's a morphing that occurred over time. Started out with a computer gaming name I had many years ago called Zora Arkus-duntov. If you look him up he's known as the 'father of the Corvette'. I think the morph occurred when I was creating a username years ago. Something like there was a character limit and you had to have numbers. Hence, 72Zorad. 72 is the year of the corvette I've had for, oh wow....has it really been over 20 years now! Zorad is Zora D. for Zora Arkus-duntov. Being a creature of habit I have just stuck with it.

That's pretty cool !! Especially the father of the Corvette.

It's been years since I was in the gaming world -- but I would come up with names like 'SnickersAndMilk' -- as a user name in the internet chess world :D

Was great because a lot of good players would come to get an easy win ~ and I'd talk like an innoncent kid ~ but play really hard.

When others stop comming I'd change it to 'Lollypops' ;) or whatever.

Well I need to head home -- Good night all !!

That's pretty cool FAB1

Welcome 72Z.

Yes, this board can never be read in total.

It's the fountain of youth, the fountain of knowledge, and a place you could swim in for a long, long time, and never see the same things twice.

Welcome, come in a look around.

Good luck.

Jim

Wow. I'm a bit overwhelmed by all this content. My previous forum experience has been limited to much smaller forums, catering to specific products I use (ie, I have hobbies, lots of hobbies). I expect it will take quite some time to digest even a fraction of what is here and that I'll have plenty of questions when I'm done. See you when/if I come out the other side.....
