New to the TSP plan and to TSPTalk. Glad to see a bunch of market junkies AND fellow TSP'ers out there!

I've been looking for a post on how to best use the IFT to 'trade' since the transfers are delayed. Any links, advice, or observations regarding the IFT?

Welcome.
I'm pretty new here too so, can't offer personal advice other than to say - do all the reading you can - watch all the account talk posts and get a feeling on who seems to view things your way - join the autotracker and make sure you look at the recent IFTs that get posted to see who is doing what and when.
That's about all I have to offer but, there's a ton of knowledgeable people out here. You'll love it.

Good to have you here. As far as IFT observations go, if possible it's nice to end the month invested so the follwing month you can jump out then back in, instead of the other way.
