Even though Friday is a holiday for the market, and the TSP will not be updating the TSP share prices, the jobs report will be released on schedule Friday morning.

Re: Market Outlook

Is it just me or are the Fast Monkeys and other media whores seriously pimping out this upcoming jobs report? If we can agree that if everyone and their mother thinks we will have a good jobs report then I have two questions.

#1 Why release it on Friday, when it could have been released on Thursday or Monday?

#2 What happens if it doesn't meet the inflated expectations???

The market is a forward looking indicator and this jobs report, although a little below estimates, is more like it and may explain the rally over the last several months.

The thing we have to worry about now is, what will the jobs numbers be like 6-months from now? I suspect the market will be telling us very soon.

New all time highs on the NYAD (daily) cumulative - it's gonna be panic time come Monday for sidelined cash especially with the softness in bonds. Take me up 200 Dow points and that will set the tone for the week.
