Fed's Bullard sees more interest rate hikes ahead and no U.S. recession
St. Louis Fed President James Bullard said the central bank will continue raising rates until it sees compelling evidence that inflation is falling.
More @ CNBC...
A month ago, that kind of bearish statement from the FED would instantly send the market into an intra-day tailspin...especially after being up at the peak of a 10-15% 4-week uptrend.
But in this environment of rapidly falling oil prices & expectation that cements the top of this inflationary cycle...the market looked Bullard straight in the face, and said "Meh...Whatever...You'll Be Changing Your Tune Soon"
