I don't follow Dow Theory much, but this guy is probably the most respected/successful Dow Theorist who's still alive:

Worked great for me!I orginally got the information from representatives from Fidelity Investments. And, then began researching it.

I realize its limitations. But, from the big picture, its the best advise I've gotten so far!
