DOW not matching S Fund share prices

I use EWM pretty close. Sometimes a little different than the"S" due to charges levied by TSP.

I know many of you are wondering what index our S fund tracks. Some of you use the IWM or DJUSS as a close chart to track. I contacted TSP and got the index that our S fund matches, which is the DWCPF. The problem with that is I couldn't find a chart that I could view for technical analysis so I contacted stockcharts.com. I submitted a request for DWCPF index to be added to their chart lists and as soon as they add it, I was told I would be notified. As soon as I hear back from them, I will update this post so you can all track the actual index that your money is being put in to.

twoday, I also did the same thing at StockCharts but like a year ago. I doubt they will add it unless a large number of folks request it. I've been using $emw which is the Wilshire and that tracks really well.

For now, I am using $DJUSS, but the $EWM chart looks pretty good too. Thanks

I use W4500 on google finance and it has been pretty spot on. I can view chart as far back as I like and zoom into single day.

I'm confused as to the point of this thread, unless the point is to confuse everyone. The S-Fund is the Wilshire 4500 Completion Index (Wilshire 5000 minus the S&P 500.)

On Freestockcharts.com Google and Bigcharts.Com use W4500
On Stockcharts.Com use $EMW
On Yahoo use ^W4500

The original post was missing crucial information, someone please lock this thread.
