Differences in Rates of Returns?????

Ok all I have a question.

when I look at the L2040 year to date return on this website it reads right under 6%. When I go to the TSP website the year to date return reads 12%. Am I missing something here ??????

Probably because of this:
Rates of Return were updated on November 1, 2007.
And that is before the BIG DROP!
