Hi Dave:

Just a heads up on what happened at the 12/17 ETAC meeting: Colleen Kelly appears to be the only union rep making any vocal comments on the TSP issue. She makes mention of concerns voiced from several agencies but not the DOE employees. PWould you lpease let the NTEU know that DOE employees and retirees also have concerns. I hope this doesn't get swept under the rug. The FTRIB managers cannot be alowed to walk away with a change this sweeping without some sweat equity.

The NTEU, nor any of the other unions, congresspersons, or TSP managers provided me with a simple courtesy of advising that they had received my letter of concerns. Isn't that a crying shame. I'm a big boy, but it's that kind of action that's going to cause a tidal wave of change in this country. I hope they don't treat everyone that way.
