Can't log in on PC, can on phone

Typing in correct ID and password works on Android phone, but not on computer. Just doesn't show me logged in. This is for forum only...any forum.

I can see the premium page...but log in to premium works about half the time. This started this morning.

Well no, it isn't better as I write (9/11, 1125am PDT) it says thanks for logging in, amoeba, or something like that - but I'm not logged in and can't see the forums, including the premium forums. This reply was a fluke success....
 
I know didn't post it in this thread but it is at the top of the page as a reminder...

Did you get a chance to flush your cache? Deleting your browsing history, clearing your cache, then restarting your browser, or better yet - rebooting your PC / device may help.

If it doesn't you may need to PM or email me your IP address to see if there are any personal roadblocks for you.

Now I can log in on a PC, sometimes, not always, but I can't post anywhere...when I try...it flashes to that login page and has me logged out. The issues are fluctuating...I'll look into this cache biz and report th result. This is from my phone.

well, I did the cache and browser history and reboot, then it wouldn't let me reply with quote, so here's a try with quick reply from a PC.
 
I tried again with the reply with quote from a PC....this time it gave me the reply page, but when I pressed post...kicked out again to login page. I'm trying the regular quick reply from a PC to see if it can do that now.

I just got this email from one of our SSL (secure server) software providers and it explains why things may have changed recently.

More login problems, reply problems, both phone and computer

What a hot mess...and inconsistent....can't log in, especially to premium threads, but not all the time....new issues on phone...when I log in....it let's me see the last thread for 2-7 seconds, then kicks me back to the previous screen on TapaTalk. Occasionally, like one of 8 times, it will let me write a reply, but when I hit the reply button - bubbye! kicks me back to the prior screen on tapatalk.

Now the computer....similar...will usually not let me log in, and when it does, and I try to write a reply - POOF!!! - it logs me out. About 80% of the time, my reply isn't posted, but sometimes it is....

This has been going on, and getting worse, for a couple weeks now.

I don't have an iphone but I do have a real old itouch apple device that I will try using tapatalk.

I'd suggest reinstalling tapatalk but I honestly have no idea if that would help.

These issues seem to be device / browser settings specific with some kind of interference from our firewall and SSL servers.

On my PC I have no real problems except an occasional issue with logins to the autotracker where I have to login more than once, so I know there's something fishy. Unfortunately our techs continue to say everything looks good so I don't know what's going on.
 
Nu uh...tell your techs no bueno via my android phone....the IT TSP strategies subforum hasn't had a post since my last, which was on a work computer...and that was no pleasure either. Very glitchy....its on the premium threads...
