Cannot make IFT's in Autotracker

Keep getting an error saying my IFT's need to add up to 100%, even when I try to only process 100% of 1 fund.

I have to do mine by the phone most of the time. Some how it doesn't let me do in on my computer. I even tried my old password on the computer.
