Can you still make IFTs via the TSP Phone line With Your New Six Digit Pin?

I successfully set up my new TSP login account info today but was unable to make an IFT. Tried several times but the submit button would never be highlighted to send. Just wondering for backup purposes if we can call TSP hotline to process an IFT with new PIN. Wait time was 60 minutes so I didn't bother figuring quicker to ask here.
 
The wait time is to talk to a person. You should be able to press 1 after logging in with the pin to use the phone menu and follow the directions. The old menu let you make IFTs. I don't know if that has changed in the new menu since I haven't succeeded in setting up the new account yet. I'm waiting for the snail mailed one time code.
 
Unless I missed something the menu on phone line did not offer an option to login with a pin to access account. Option 1 still required a 60+ mins wait to speak with a person just to ask the question. No luck with Ava the virtual assistant in answering this question. Oh well..that's what I get for not making a move prior to transition to new TSP website. Thanks
 
When I call the thriftline I get the standard High Volume message. After that I press 1 and get the numbered menu message. 1 for account access, 3 for account creation, etc. When I press 1 it asks for a 8 digit date of birth followed by the last 4 of your SSN. At this point it identifies me and tells me I have to create a new account first.
