Can military contribute to TSP bi-monthly?

Unlike our civilian co-workers, I can't find a way to contribute to the TSP bi-monthly. all of my TSP contribution is process toward the end of the month? Has anyone managed to crack the case on this? Obviously, b-monthly contributions is more advantageous.

There is nothing to crack. You are paid on a monthly basis, even though you receive 2 paychecks per month. This is not solvable or worked around.
