[AAP] - Australian shares look set for a cautious start to the week ahead of the federal government handing down its mid-year budget review and with it the risk it might lead to a credit rating downgrade. Deloitte Access Economics economist Chris Richardson believes a downgrade to Australia's triple-A rating by global rating agencies does hang in the balance. "I think that sort of 50/50 assessment is probably right," Mr Richardson told Sky News on Sunday.
