Because of all the folks sitting in the S-fund in August, we had over 200 members tied for the the 5th position on the tracker, so we had to go with the tie-breaker rules and that is who is posted above in #5 thru #12. Those eight members had all logged into the autotracker on Friday and will get the white plastic TSP Talk Travel Mugs.
