Minimize attachments size when possible. The larger images are tedious for our mobile and dial up members. 10-15kb is a good size. If it's a chart and you need to go larger, that is understood.

To reduce your image size - open the image with "paint" and go to the "image" drop down menu. Select "stretch/skew" and reduce the image by selecting both the horizontal and vertical less then 100% and resave the image. Please note, that you will permanently lose resolution when you do this so you may want to save the reduced image under a different name. Also, .png and .tif files typically produce a better image then .jpg using less space.
