Atlanta area food and drinks/get together

I've been thinking about starting this thread for a while so here goes.

I tell my wife that you people are my imaginary friends. Well I want to change that. I would like to actually meet some of you fine folks.

These 3 restaurants are right next to each other and are all right across the street from historic Oakland Cemetery. :worried:

The Republic Social House, 6 Feet Under and Tin Lizzy's Cantina are all on Memorial Drive in an area known as Grant Park and they all have rooftop bars. :nuts:

Would one of these restaurants do or is there somewhere else? Suggestions are welcome.

Lets give it a couple of weeks so that as many people as possible can find out about it and make plans to attend. How about Saturday June 18 or maybe June 25?

So what do you say? Anybody want to get together for dinner and drinks?

I quickly scanned the tracker and only came up with 3 or 4 names that I can remember that are from the Atlanta/north GA area.

Maybe there aren't enough people in the area to even try to do this. I'll give it a week to see if I get any replies...

I'm just dreaming/planing right now...but if we were to happen to get everything in order there would be no need for you to actually show us around. However it would be kinda fun to share a meal with a fellow postal worker/TSPtalker.

For some reason lately I've had this weird desire to actually meet some of the people that frequent this board.
