-AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS) (the “Company” or “AST SpaceMobile”) announced today the launch of a public offering of $65,000,000 of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Common Stock”).

"$0.0001 per share" ?????
What does that mean??? I don't get it.

ASTS I guess is a competitor to Elon's Starlink.
I held some ASTS for a bit while it was climbing. I think there's some potential there, but I don't understand this par value $0.0001 per share statement.

Yes, more shares but market caps stays the same so the share price of ASTS will probably drop sharply tomorrow.

Thanks !! And your 100% correct, futures show a drop at the open today at about 10% or so.
I read someone say that they felt anything under $6.00 a share would be a good time to grab some, so I may snatch up some for the long term.
They seem to be doing something unique and have one test satellite already up in orbit. More about them here >>> https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ast-spacemobile-provides-third-quarter-213000969.html

So, I picked up some at $5.60. We'll see what happens. It could pan out or be a total bust. :dunno:
Please go up, please go up, please go up.......:lmao:

Welp........as soon as I bought, it tanked as usual for me.....LOL. It's just now creeping back where I might break even. It's been about 7 weeks. Can't remember how much I threw at it, but it wasn't much. A couple thousand maybe.
I still believe this technology has a future, so I'm going to hold and see what happens. The chart shows when I bought and what it did right after.....
So..... don't do what I do kids. :1244::1244::1244::laugh:

Still holding these bags.....
Todays a good day, but for the most part since I bought, it's just gone sideways (up, down, up, down).
Still being patient and hoping one day it'll rocket to the moon like I've seen so many others do in the past.
So far, I'm still in the Green.

I still think this has good potential, even though it's been a DUD so far :(.
After the successful test, maybe AT&T buys them out and major gains will follow?? :dunno: LOL....
