Anyone know status of HR 3813 - FERS supplement elimination????

This was suppose to be voted on by congress yesterday behind close doors about eliminating FERS supplement for non-mandatory federal employees beginning in FY 2013. I dont see anything yet, I guess they didnt vote on it?

I read somewhere the average FERS salary if $13,000 - CSRS - $35,000 lawmakers - $53000, does it surprise anyone???

Looks like nothing has been done on it, the last information was it was going to be voted on behind close doors on 2/23/12.................this is so messed up.............there is going to be a herd of feds retiring this year if they eliminate the FERS supplement.
