Any AutoTracker Issues This Morning?

We tracked it down to a network issue at the navy which was rerouting internet traffic and causing a slowdown.

Thanks everyone.

Someone reported that the AutoTracker is loading very slowly and timing out before the standings page can load.

It seems to be flying fine for me.

Anyone else experiencing a problem today?

Thanks!

To calculate cumulative return, we don't add two returns, but rather multiply to include compounding.

Extreme example. If you were up 100% then lost 100% you would not be up 0%. You would be down 100%.

Example 2: If you were down 50% then went up 100%, you are not up 50%, you are back to +0%.

Hope that makes sense.

I did notice that I had a -8.00 Q-T-D over the w/e, and after a 1.24 bounce it is at -6.86, shouldn't that be a -6.76

The AutoTracker uses two digits past the decimal point and will round up or down. When in reality the fund shares and fund cost use at least four digits past the decimal point. So that can lead to a different number than using simple math. I expect Tom will check it out just to make sure there are no issues.

I wasn't paying that much attention when I brought up the AutoTracker this morning but it seemed normal to me.
