Hey everyone new Civilian here just started my career out at the beginning of last month. I'm from Texas but working for the Army in GA. I'm glad to be here and looking to learn a lot, I love investing. Nothing better than doing it with free Government money! Currently looking at 40G 40C 10S 10I. Would love to see any reference material / daily reading anyone wants to share for following the funds. Thanks again for having me and I look forward to learning from you all!

Take a look at my Account Talk thread. It's not even a full 2 pages long yet. Go to my first post where there's a list of things that I look at myself. Most are not TSP specific, but just offer a general overview of what's going on in the market. You might find something in there that you like. If your young and just starting, put as much as you possibly can afford into TSP. It takes sacrifice, but just do it. Then when you become a TSP Millionaire, you'll be happy with the choice you made. Awesome! I will take a look at it here shortly. I'm currently expecting my first child at the end of March so I'm putting in the max I can currently to atleast get the free money. I'll continue to pour more in as I go. Being a millionaire sounds pretty nice. I'm a programmer so I'm thinking about building some live ticker and stock data dashboards to follow the TSP tickers. If I get something up and running I'll host so everyone can use it.

Man…I was really hoping for a rally in the S fund but doesn’t seem likely. I’m currently 60-40 C/S going to let that ride out this week and see what things are looking like this weekend.
