AGG positive, yet Autotracker shows a loss for those who were in the F-Fund today? Is there a bug, or am I missing something?

The AGG isn't exactly the F-fund. The TSP sets the fund prices and it may be different for a number of reasons. The AGG is a bond fund ETF that we use to try to gauge the daily F-fund price, but it is not always the same as our F-fund. Just like the EFA is often different than our I-fund but they supposedly track the same EAFE Index.

AGG is also an ETF that trades like stocks, meaning it gets traded until 4pm also. Bond markets actually close about an hour earlier and this accounts for some of the discrepancy between the two on occasion.
