I haven't seen any real coverage on the news, but I did notice at every school I drove by (at least three), the AF Base, the shopping mall, and senior care facility by my home all had the flag at half mass.

My office flag at halfmast today as well. Good friend of mine's father was buried in National Cemetery there a few years ago, with honors. I will always think of him now when this day rolls around.
