I am a 40 year CSRS retired employee originally transplanted from Texas now living in the Great Pacific Northwest. I am a long time member of the TSP Talk website following the market and now a recent premium IT member. I am introducing myself because I wish to invest in ETF's with my new IRA account and need your expertise. Since my knowledge with stocks and the market is limited, I depend on TSP member info.
