2010 Bonuses

HEY! ....Yeah your right (about Texas)
Here's how our bonuses are calculated this year. (Other factors come into play depending on your extra qualifications)

Level 5 = $2,500 + %2 raise
Level 4 = $1,500 + %1 raise
Level 3 = $500 bonus
Level 2 = Get to keep your job
Level 1 = Might not get to keep your job

The average 5 year employee makes around 42k before taxes so figure that.

What are these bonuses you speak of?

Congrats. They are changing our performance system for next year so we will be eligible for such things too. Not that we don't get rewarded in other ways now.

This is the first mention I remember of which agency you work for. I am wrestling with my own common sense, which has lost. So...must...post...it

TSA gave their Bonus criteria today. I got a $1,500 Bonus + a 1% raise.
