    I just would like to know which fund they are going to use !!! It seems like they pick and choose which one to their advanage ....... The tlt was down 12/31 2.09% the agg was up a little.. .07 yet we show a loss in the fund of .28 % ? We need to get a answer from TSP on this... I think we are...
