    just got off the phone with postal human resources they told me the only way for her not to receive any of my retirement money is to seperate or divocrce but we don't want to do that.i can sign the form with her company and she can still work say two years and when she retire i am not entitled...

    I have three years to go to retirement she wants to buy her own house ,she can pay for it her self. but i need the form number (from opm can't find it i seen it one other time on their website hoping someone else use it)which will state she gives up all rights to my retirement.
