    No they were not working this weekend. I tried setting up my account using the phone menu and the automated voice said it couldn't because there was no one on duty. I was advised to call back during business hours and wait on hold.

    Yeah, I've been using the phone menu on the thriftline at work because TFA on the web calls my home phone. I tried it just now and that no longer works either. You have to setup your account there as well. I was counting on that still working. I am totally cut off now. I am not happy.
