Hi Jim, sounds like you are doing ok, I too have been adding to my TSP starting out with 5 or 6 %, I don't really recall, then with each pay or step increase, I would add another 1% to my TSP deposits until I maxed out. Last year I dropped it down a bit so as not to miss out on a couple of year...- 1mech
